Rise and shine party people! Saturday, January 29th is National Corn Chip Day 2011 after all and there's celebrating to do!
When many (or more likely all) of you awoke this morning you probably didn't even know that such a day exists. Well, it does and it's celebrated every January 29th. While it's not an official "national" holiday (you know one that's declared by Congress and all) it's still pretty sweet to call it one and have fun with it anyways.
There's no doubt corn chips make salsa taste better...or is it the other way around? We'll let you decide that, but what we do know is National Corn Chip Day 2011 falls on Snacking Saturday at Serendipity Cards & Gifts. And you know what that means? Now settle down the Corn Chip Challenge is not a contest to see who can eat the most corn chips.
